How the chart is calculated

Concentration equals vial amount divided by liquid volume. A 10mg vial with 2mL of liquid is 5mg/mL. A 5mg vial with 2mL is 2.5mg/mL.

Why more liquid means lower concentration

The total amount in the vial does not change when liquid is added. Increasing the liquid volume spreads the same amount across more mL, so each mL contains less.

From concentration to U-100 syringe units

To convert an entered amount into liquid volume, divide that amount by the concentration. On a U-100 syringe scale, 1mL corresponds to 100 units, so mL can then be multiplied by 100.

How do you use a peptide reconstitution chart?

Find the vial amount and liquid volume, then read the resulting concentration. The chart is simply vial amount divided by liquid volume.

Does more BAC water change how much peptide is in the vial?

No. It changes the concentration, not the total amount originally in the vial. More liquid produces a lower concentration per mL.

How do you convert concentration into U-100 syringe units?

Once concentration is known, divide the entered amount by concentration to get mL, then multiply mL by 100 for the equivalent U-100 syringe units.
