Peptide reconstitution math example

For a simple example, a 10mg vial with 2mL of liquid produces a concentration of 5mg/mL. If the amount being converted is 250mcg, that equals 0.25mg, which corresponds mathematically to 0.05mL or 5 units on a U-100 syringe scale.

10mg ÷ 2mL = 5mg/mL

250mcg = 0.25mg

0.25mg ÷ 5mg/mL = 0.05mL

0.05mL × 100 = 5 U-100 units
