Fixed-Ratio Blend Guide

Multi-component named blends

GLOW Peptide Blend Calculator & Vial Math

Use the BACToBasics GLOW blend guide to enter the exact component amounts from your vial label and calculate fixed-ratio concentrations and U-100 syringe math.

The calculator does not assume a blend ratio

The button above prefills editable component names only. Enter every mass from the actual vial label before using the result. BACToBasics does not use a named blend as authority for a universal formulation, preparation protocol, or amount to use.

What GLOW means on BACToBasics

The BACToBasics GLOW preset fills the component names GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 for calculator convenience. It intentionally leaves every vial amount blank. If a product uses different ingredients or amounts, enter the actual label instead of treating the preset name as a formulation standard.

Why the preset has no built-in ratio

A named blend can be sold or discussed with different component amounts. BACToBasics therefore treats the name as a shortcut for entering component names, not as authority for a universal composition.

How the three-component math works

After entering the three labeled masses and one shared BAC water volume, the calculator determines three concentrations. A selected syringe volume is then applied to all three concentrations so the result shows how much of each component is present in the same draw.

Evidence stays component-specific

GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 should each be evaluated on their own evidence and regulatory context. A marketing or community blend name does not make evidence for one component transferable to the others or establish clinical evidence for the combination.

How to use this page with the Blend Calculator

  1. 1. Read the labelConfirm every component name, mass, and formulation detail printed on the vial.
  2. 2. Enter the massesReplace the blank preset amounts with the exact mg or mcg values from that label.
  3. 3. Enter shared liquid volumeUse the actual BAC water volume for the already blended vial.
  4. 4. Solve the mathCalculate from a syringe draw or from a user-entered anchor-component amount.

GLOW blend FAQ

What ratio does BACToBasics use for GLOW?

None. The GLOW preset fills component names only. You must enter the exact amounts shown on the vial label.

Can I change the GLOW components in the calculator?

Yes. The Blend Calculator is fully editable, so the label values and component names can be changed to match the actual vial being calculated.
