Fixed-Ratio Blend Guide

Multi-component named blends

KLOW Peptide Blend Calculator & Vial Math

Use the BACToBasics KLOW blend guide to calculate fixed-ratio multi-component vial math from the exact labeled amounts rather than assuming a standard formulation.

The calculator does not assume a blend ratio

The button above prefills editable component names only. Enter every mass from the actual vial label before using the result. BACToBasics does not use a named blend as authority for a universal formulation, preparation protocol, or amount to use.

What KLOW means on BACToBasics

The BACToBasics KLOW preset fills GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV as editable component names. It does not prefill masses, because the calculator should match the exact vial label rather than assume one standardized ratio.

Four components still share one draw volume

Each component has its own concentration after reconstitution, but all four share the same liquid volume. A syringe draw therefore contains a fixed fraction of every labeled component at once.

Anchor mode can solve the whole ratio

If the user enters an amount for one selected anchor component, the calculator solves the required draw volume and then calculates the amounts of the other three components that occur in that same fixed-ratio volume.

Do not infer evidence from the blend name

The blend label is a calculator convenience, not a clinical category. Evidence, regulatory status, formulation details, and safety context belong to the individual components and should be reviewed separately.

How to use this page with the Blend Calculator

  1. 1. Read the labelConfirm every component name, mass, and formulation detail printed on the vial.
  2. 2. Enter the massesReplace the blank preset amounts with the exact mg or mcg values from that label.
  3. 3. Enter shared liquid volumeUse the actual BAC water volume for the already blended vial.
  4. 4. Solve the mathCalculate from a syringe draw or from a user-entered anchor-component amount.

KLOW blend FAQ

Does KLOW have one standard composition?

BACToBasics does not assume one. Enter the exact ingredients and amounts from the vial label you are calculating.

Where can I review KPV separately?

BACToBasics has a dedicated KPV guide linked from this page so the blend math stays separate from KPV-specific evidence and research context.

Research & comparisons for KLOW

BACToBasics derives these links from the blend's component metadata, connecting the blend page to direct comparisons, filtered research records, and clinical-development context when those surfaces exist.
